When I met her for the first time for my hair and makeup trial she was so warm and welcoming. As we went through the trial she was so knowledgeable about the process and products! Trust her if she says something will or will not work for you!! Jessica is so easy to chat with and makes you feel at ease. On my wedding day she arrived on time and ready to work. There were 3 of us having our hair and makeup done (bride, MOH, and mother of bride). My mom looked so beautiful, I can not overstate how happy I was to see her shining. Myself and my MOH looked truly stunning, and I looked exactly like my trial. We were ahead of schedule all day thanks to Jessica. I’ve always struggled with my monolid eyes, and in the past, whenever I had my makeup professionally done, I ended up disliking how it looked and felt. I had never found an artist who truly understood how to work with my eye shape, so I went into this experience feeling nervous. For the past 10 years, I’ve relied on eyelid glue or tapes, which makes makeup application unique and tricky, and false lashes have never been comfortable for me either.
But everything changed when I met Jessica. From the moment I reached out, she was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. She took the time to walk me through every detail—my hair, eyelids, lashes, extensions—and made sure I felt comfortable with each choice. Most importantly, she helped me feel like the best version of myself.
Jessica is also refreshingly honest. If you have a specific look in mind, she sets clear expectations about what will and won’t work so that you’re never disappointed. Beyond her artistry, she’s extremely organized. On the morning of my wedding, she and her team handled eight women flawlessly, keeping everything on schedule and making sure each person felt cared for and beautiful.
For the first time, I truly loved my makeup. It was natural, elegant, and perfectly suited to me—I received so many compliments, and as someone who doesn’t wear much makeup, I felt confident without feeling overdone. She even gave me tips I still use today (like realizing I’d been drawing my eyebrows too far apart all these years!).

Cannot recommend this company enough. From my engagement shoot, my wedding trial and my wedding day, they have been so responsive and provided exceptional service. My wedding make up and hair was flawless and everything I dreamed it would be. It stayed put all night, through all the dancing, hugging and general chaos. I received endless compliments and they truly helped to make my wedding day perfect.
They also wear great with my bridal party, mother in law and mother's hair and make up. There was a variety of hair types and preferences they made sure everyone was completely happy and comfortable with their look. My mother has very thin hair and was very worried about how to style it for the wedding and Jessica was happy to communicate with her prior to the wedding to ensure that her concerns were addressed. They even redid a bridesmaid's hair to make sure she was happy with it. Victoria and Jessica were phenomenal and so professional.

Jess and her team at Toronto Beauty Group were AMAZING! Not only was everyone professional and hard-working, but they were also very friendly and helped to make the whole process of getting ready very fun! It was clear that they all knew exactly what they were doing, and it helped me (as the bride) feel comfortable and relaxed while getting ready, so I could really enjoy every moment!
Both my mother and I did a trial run with Jess beforehand, and we were able to talk to her and work out the wrinkles/answer questions we had leading up to the event. We are very glad we did the trial ahead of time because it gave us the chance to talk to Jess and get her expert thoughts, and we made some changes afterwards after figuring out what worked well/didn’t work well! I was very impressed with Jess when I showed her the inspiration images I had been considering – she was able to give me insight into the photo and consider things I hadn’t noticed before that helped me in deciding what I wanted my eye makeup to look like. From this conversation, we were able to come up with something that I was SO incredibly happy with!!
My bridesmaids and mother-in-law also all had great things to say and were extremely happy with their looks as well on the day of! Everyone all looked so beautiful, and the looks lasted the whole day (including walking outside in December weather). It was also very nice that Jess included a “touch-up bag” that was very useful and I was able to rely on it when I needed a little touch up as the night progressed.
As an added bonus, Jess even had extra tips that went beyond hair and make-up: when my flowers arrived to the room on the day of, she had REALLY helpful advice on what to do with the flowers and prepare them before use (things none of us had thought of).
